Shipping updates
Whilst some delays are expected, our carrier’s are still doing their utmost to meet their timescales. For faster shipping with tracking, select DHL Express, which whilst is a little more expensive, is experiencing no service delays. Please note that Standard Delivery is NOT a tracked service.
If your parcel is slightly delayed, please allow an additional 7 working days for it to be delivered, we're confident your order will arrive safely, it's just likely to be a little later than usual.
Canadian Duties and GST or HST:
The Canada Border Services Agency collects duties and taxes on behalf of the Canadian government.
These Taxes/Duties are normally charged on delivery - known as Cash On Delivery (COD) and so you will either need to pay at the point of delivery at your doorstep or be sent a link to pay online. If you live in the following areas: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario or British Columbia you will be subject to HST. Goods valued over CAD$20 (CAD$60 for gifts) are subject to:
- Import duties (varies – eg. 18% for clothing)
- General sales tax (5%)
- Provincial sales tax (0% - 10%)
You may also be charged a handling fee by Canada post. This is normally in the region of CAN$9.95 per dutiable or taxable mail item. If you are charged a handling fee, a breakdown will be attached to the parcel when it is delivered.
Your order will be sent using the International Postal Service. We will put the value of the order on the outside of your parcel, using the internationally recognised CN22 form, which will result in quicker customs clearance. In the event that tax will need to be paid, it is simply paid to Canada Post.
