The importance of good skincare
Cleanse every morning and night, and do it properly. If you don’t clean your face properly everything else afterwards is pointless. If you go to the gym, remember to thoroughly cleanse the sweat off your face - don't use shower gel for this, as it will unbalance your acid mantle and pH and might lead to excess sebum production, meaning oilier skin.

Directions For Use
To CLEANSE wet face, massage Cleanse and Shave Nutrient Mud upwards, using small circular motions and rinse off. To SHAVE apply to half of your face, shave, then repeat on other side. To COMBINE, first shave, then massage residue of the mud around face to cleanse. Rinse off. For best results use morning and evening.
